Africa is a wonderful vacation place, which many people fail to realize. Some of the most beautiful beaches and landscapes are located in Africa.
The first beach that you might want to think about visiting on your holiday is Llandudno Beach in Cape Town. Cape Town is a huge tourist destination because of its many different attractions, so while you are there taking in the sites you might want to take a trip to the beach. This beach is at the top of the list because of its aesthetics. It has crystal clear waters that will take your breath away. Llandudno beach also has beautiful white sand and some really great sunsets.
Another great beach to visit when on holiday in Africa is Coffee Bay beach in the Transkei. This beach is not that easy to get to, but if you are up for the trip you will be able to enjoy a day on one of Africa’s most beautiful beaches without too much of a beach crowd.
A third African beach to take a look at is Robberg Beach in Plettenberg Bay. This is a beach that is highly publicized due to the beautiful Garden Route. It is for this reason that many people make this a must see destination when they are taking their Holiday in Africa. This does mean that you might run into the crowds, but it is well worth it. It is also a great beach to visit because it is located in what is called a Holiday town. This means you can do a lot of shopping and tourist activities and then stop to see the beach that claims miles of the coast line.
Jeffrey’s Bay is yet another great beach to have a holiday. This beach is very close to Port Eizabeth, which is another great destination to take a look at. You can spend the day on the beach and then go site seeing. This is one of the beaches that is on the World’s Surfing Tour.
Finally, the beach called Muisbosskerm near Lambers Bay is another African beach that is a must see while on vacation. This is not a true beach, but rather a great outdoor restaurant that is set on the beach in what seems like the middle of nowhere. This place is about four hours away from Cape Town, which might be a fun day trip if you are staying in Cape Town.
